Week 3 in the Books!

Wednesday’s workout was the last group workout of the week, and has this been a tough one! After finding out about what we had to do Monday night, I wasn’t sure if I was going to survive. I wasn’t sure if any of us were going to survive, but we all did! Let me tell you what we had to do…
Monday: There was a whiteboard with the alphabet written on it and along with each letter an exercise to do.
We had to spell out our full first, middle, and last name and do each corresponding exercises. I learned that night that the majority of us have pretty long names. My full name consists of 22 letters. My workout, in total, consisted of 250 jumping jacks, 55 push-ups, 105 burpees, 40 second arm circles, 40 squats, a 44 minute wall sit (total), and 10 crunches. It was one heck of a workout, and I felt the effects of it until Wednesday. I liked Wednesday’s workout. We did intervals, at least I think that is what they are called. Maybe stations? We went around they gym with a partner and did various activities for 1 minute each. The hardest one…pushups! I don’t know if I will ever get good at those!
Add in some Zumba, yoga, weight lifting, and cardio and that wraps up my week! Results so far: I have lost 6 pounds, which I am super pumped about! I have made new friends, and my some pieces of my wardrobe are starting to fit differently!
I wonder what week 4 has in store.
