Myron McAlister will celebrate 40 years of service at CEL&P on September 8. He currently holds the position of Digger-Derrick Foreman in the Line Department.
When asked about Myron and his years of service, Phillip Goode, Manager of Crawfordsville Electric Light & Power, said “Myron is a dedicated employee who has worked every storm power outage we have had the past 40 years. His strong work ethic has set the bar high for the rest of the employees to follow.”
Robert Stephens, Operations Manager of CEL&P, said, “Myron is one of those rare people who show up ready to work each and every day and the safety of his crew is his top priority. During his time with CEL&P, Myron has only missed a handful of days of work and that level of dedication is hard to find. His commitment to this community during his 40 years of service is something to be commended and proud of.”
