Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College's (SMWC) one-year, online hybrid Master of Leadership Development (MLD) program is designed for busy professionals looking to take their careers to new heights. Learn more about MLD during an open information session on Wednesday, Nov. 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Clabber Girl or from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Vigo County Public Library.
MLD, a distinguished alternative to the typical MBA, focuses on building visionary leadership skills for professionals. Students may choose from four focus areas including financial, nonprofit, organizational or individualized Leadership. These students and graduates make a difference in nationally recognized organizations like Eli Lilly, General Electric, PepsiCo Frito-Lay and more.
MLD shows students how to navigate the fast-paced business world with courses like financial management and strategic planning. The program also emphasizes leadership at any level in any organization with classes like ethical decision-making and creative leadership. MLD graduates not only change the way organizations think about leadership, they change the way leaders think about leadership.
