NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Indiana, in Cause No. 54C01-1108-MF-00668 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-BC2 was Plaintiff, and James M. Dillon; Sheridan L. Dillon; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 600 Memorial Drive; Crawfordsville, IN 47933, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Montgomery County, Indiana.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 3 West, Montgomery County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter, said point being marked by a railroad spike at the approximate intersection of the centerlines of County Roads 700E and 250N, and running thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West (assumed bearing/ basis of bearings), generally following the center line of County Road 700E for a distance of 904.00 feet to a railroad spike; thence leaving said center line and running North 86 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 445.78 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 54 seconds East for a distance of 356.29 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 153.45 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 577.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar on the South line of said Northeast Quarter; thence following said Southerly line North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 290.05 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7.325 acres, more or less.
