By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Indiana, in Cause No. 54C01-1008-MF-00351 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Melissa Miller a/k/a Melissa J. Miller, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of January 2013 at the hour(s) of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 600 Memorial Drive, Crawfordsville, IN 47933-1334 Montgomery County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Montgomery County, Indiana:
