Sen. Boots was doing what we elected him to do

Please support Indiana State Rep. Phil Boots. Boots recently submitted SB 230 that would nullify ObamaCare and all other unconstitutional U.S. laws.
Boots is now under attack by progressive-liberal communists for simply doing his job. Boots took an oath to support and uphold the Constitution of the United States. Two IUPUI professors have launched a full out onslaught, calling Boots submission treasonous. The reality is, the professors and progressive-liberals are the ones who advocate unconstitutional laws.
The Supreme Court and Chief Justice Roberts declared ObamaCare was a tax. The U.S. Constitution Article 1 Section 7 states, "All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives." ObamaCare originated in the Senate. This makes ObamaCare unconstitutional.
States and its people are duty bound to make corrections when the federal government has not acted according to the Constitution. SB 230 is an attempt by the state of Indiana and its residents to make a correction to an unconstitutional law the federal government enacted.
In founding the U.S. Constitution, established states came together and made a compact of themselves to create and grant specific powers to a federal government. These powers are: war, peace, negotiation and foreign commerce. They also created three branches of government - legislative, executive and judicial. One is no more important than the other. When one branch goes outside the U.S. Constitution, the states and people are obliged to correct the mistakes.
The Supreme Court and its rulings are not the final law of the land.
The executive branch is not the final law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the final law of the land.
When any branch of government acts outside the boundaries of the U.S. Constitution, the states and "We the People" are duty bound to make the necessary corrections.
Support Boots and thank him for doing his sworn duty as a state legislator.
