The Crawfordsville volleyball team is off to a 5-0 start to the season after a big performance Saturday.
ROACHDALE-The Crawfordsville volleyball team went into the North Putnam Invite looking to come out on top and that they did. They beat Mooresville 25-17, 25-20; Attica 25-14, 25-7; and North Putnam 25-21, 25-15.

Coach Kelly Johnson had this to say about the performance, "It was a good day for Athenians and we look forward to the week."

Kim Hampton led in kills will 19, while Lacey Garrett led the way in digs with 31. Hannah Hungerford added 11 kills and 13 digs.

Alyssa Yund had 1 ace and 1 assist while Erika Brooks had 20 assists.

CHS (5-0) will next face Riverton Parke Tuesday on the road and hope to keep up the spectacular performances coming.
