Thrifty Supply closes
A Crawfordsville business has closed its doors for the final time.

After more than 50 years, Thrifty Supply closed earlier this month.

Thrifty Supply owner Debbie Lovold declined to comment on the closing Friday morning.

A runway expansion project has been cleared for takeoff.

The City of Crawfordsville learned Wednesday that they have received a federal grant to complete a project that will extend the runway by 1,000 feet.
