Faye Cooksey Celebrates 20 Years at HHSB 

Faye Cooksey, Assistant Branch Manager, is celebrating 20 years with Hoosier Heartland State Bank. 

Cooksey joined the HHSB team as a Customer Service Representative in 2005. She has worked at the New Ross branch since being hired. In 2024, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Ladoga and Roachdale branches, where she oversees daily operations, assists with training, and helps other branches and coworkers. 

“Faye is an outstanding employee of HHSB and has been for many years. She provides plus-one customer service, and her spirit and compassion for her customers and teammates are top-notch,” Stated Lisa Graham, Senior Branch Manager, “She lives by our standards and is a true example of HHSB’s mission, vision, and values. I enjoy every day that we work together, and I look forward to many more.”

Cooksey and her husband of 31 years, Bob, live in New Ross and have 2 children, Jimmy and Alisa, and 7 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and gardening. Cooksey also enjoys volunteering at community events, where she has the opportunity to spend time with her teammates and engage with the community. Cooksey has won both a Vision and a Values award during HHSB’s Shared Value Awards over the years.
