  • Crawford Industries employees celebrate service milestones

    During the month of May two Crawford Industries employees celebrated service milestones. Ronnie Kent celebrated 25 years of service on May 1st. Ronnie joined Crawford in 1995 as a Material Handler. He was Extrusion Utility or otherwise known as Hopper Jockey, for the extrusion lines until 1997.

  • Crawford Industries celebrates anniversaries

    Crawford Industries has several employees who reached service milestones in March and April. The experience and longevity of these employees is very valuable to the continued success of the business. Heather Lovold marked 25 years of service March 27, 2020. Heather is the Company’s Computer Programmer/Analyst. Heather spearheads report building, IT and other communication technology for the business and has been in that role since she joined the Company in 1995.

    DENNIS MOUNT will celebrate 5 years of service with Crawford Industries on Nov. 17. Mount joined Crawford in 2014. He worked in Die Cut Department as an Auto Die Cut Operator. He left Crawford for a short period of time in early 2019, but returned in early spring to his previous position. Dennis runs several of the auto die cutters on the off shift. Dennis and his wife Ronda Kozik-Mount live in Terre Haute. He has 3 children, Tiffany Stone, Dustin Mount, and Zane Mount.

  • Williamsons celebrate 50 years

    Mr. Aaron Williamson Jr. and Mrs. Mary Ann Hallman Williamson of Denton, Ga. will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Nov. 9. They were married on Nov. 9, 1969 at Asbury Methodist Church in Baxley, Ga.
    The couple has three children, Lynn Williamson Bazemore of Jacksonville, Fla, Tina Williamson Parham of Vidalia, Ga. And Belinda Williamson Horne of Vidalia, Ga. They have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 
    Their children, Lynn and Chris Bazemore, Tina and Clint Parham and Belinda and Teddy Horne would like to be the first to congratulate Aaron and Mary Ann on this exciting milestone and publicly thank the loving couple for their selfless dedication to family, friends, community and faith over the past 50 years. The family couldn’t have asked for more outstanding role models in life and love.

    Marta Fyffe-Carlile celebrated 5 years of service with Crawford Industries on July 21st. Marta had previously worked with ATAPCO for many years beginning in 1983 as a Clerk Typist in Customer Service. When she left the company in 1995 she’d moved into the position of Customer Service Supervisor. Marta returned to work for Crawford industries in July of 2014 as an Inside Sales Representative in Customer Service. Marta handles customers on the west coast. Marta and her husband Lindsay Carlile live in Crawfordsville. They have a son, Mason (Kristy) and 3 grandchildren, Colton, Colin and Makynzie. In her spare time she enjoys flower gardening and trips to the wine country in Napa Valley.

  • Cummins celebrate 50 years

    Phillip and Linda Cummins of Crawfordsville are planning to celebrate 50 years of marriage. The couple wed on June 8, 1969 in Waynetown. They’ll celebrate on June 2 with an open house from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Crawfordsville Municipal Golf Course’s Banquet Hall. The celebration is being hosted by their children, Daniel (Heather) Cummins of Crawfordsville and Becki (Matt) Warren of Port St. Lucie, Fla.   • Jeffers celebrating 50 years

    Joyce [Fine] and Bill Jeffers will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Saturday. They were married on April 13, 1969 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Crawfordsville. 
    The Jeffers have a daughter, Jill Anderson and a son, Chris (Melissa) Jeffers, all of Crawfordsville. They have two grandsons, Hunter West and Hayden Anderson and two granddaughters, Dericka and Brooklyn Jeffers. 
    They are celebrating with a family vacation to Torch Lake and Mackinac Island. The Michigan trip will be enjoyed by Jill (sons Hunter and Hayden) and son Chris (Melissa and daughters Dericka and Brooklyn)

  • Mr. and Mrs. Morrison

    Jerry and Kate [McQueen] Morrison of Ladoga will celebrate their 74th wedding anniversary with an open house on Saturday, Aug. 25 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Right Track Banquet Hall. They were married Aug. 27, 1944 at the First U. B. Parsonage in Crawfordsville by the Rev. George M. Anderson.
    The couple have five children: Peggy (John) Rusk of New Market, Nancy Morrison of Ladoga, Tony (Brenda) Morrison of Salem, Va., Sherry (Kent) Reynolds of Lake Holiday and Tim (Lori) Morrison of Smyrna, Tenn. They also have eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. 
    A graduate of Ladoga High School, where he played baseball and basketball, Jerry is a charter member of the Treeing Walker Association, while Kate, a graduate of Crawfordsville High School, touches the hearts of all she encounters. They have been actively farming in Montgomery County their entire married lives.

    They were married at Frankfort in the Wesley Manor Chapel on August 18, 1968. 
    They have three children, Brian (Angela) Ferguson of Orleans, Stacey (Steve) Paddock of Rockville, and Jason (Jill) Ferguson of Rockville.

    Eddie Allen and Marilyn [Seybold] Allen of Crawfordsville are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. They were married on August 1, 1953.
    They were married in Wingate by Rev. Horace McBride. 
    The couple has six children: Brad (Linda) Allen, Cindy (John) Roberts, Pam (Terry) Stephens, Sally (Brian) Delks, Kelly (Mike) Cain all of Crawfordsville and Curt (Debbie) Allen of North Port, Florida.
    The Allen’s have 12 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
    Mr. and Mrs. Allen celebrated the occasion at the Covington Beef House with their children.

    Mr. and Mrs. Horace Tomey will celebrate their 70th anniversary on Nov. 9. Horace and the former Kathryn Nay married in Martinsville on Nov. 9, 1947 with Rev. Mark Casey officiating. 
    The couple are both retired, Horace from A & P and Kathryn from Kroger. They are members of Woodland Heights Christian Church. 
    They are the parents of Kathy (Neil) Hubbard of Lake Holiday, and the late Rob Tomey. A daughter-in-law, Cindy Tomey, resides in Crawfordsville. 
    They have three grandchildren, Sean (Kristina) Tomey of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; Kristin (Mike) Vallaly of Lake Forest, Ill. and Kathryn Peachey of Australia. They have seven great-grandchildren.

  • Mr. and Mrs. McCafferty celebrate 70 years

    David Lee McCafferty and Margaret Jane Eyler McCafferty are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. They were married at St. Bernard Church in Crawfordsville on Sept. 6, 1947 by Rev. Joseph Keating. They are the parents of Michael (JiYoung) of Bloomington, Brian of Crawfordsville, Patricia (David) of Bloomington and Daniel (Lisa) of Brownsburg. They are grandparents of Riley McCafferty and Delaney McCafferty of Brownsburg. David graduated from Darlington High School. He served as a Corpsman in the U.S. Navy during W.W.II. He retired from R.R. Donnelley after 42 years. Margaret Jane graduated from Crawfordsville High School, Saint Mary of the Woods College and Christian Theological Seminary. She retired from private practice as counselor/family therapist. They will celebrate with a family dinner at Turkey Run and on other special occasions with family and friends during the year.
