Crawford Industries has several employees who reached service milestones in March and April. The experience and longevity of these employees is very valuable to the continued success of the business. Heather Lovold marked 25 years of service March 27, 2020. Heather is the Company’s Computer Programmer/Analyst. Heather spearheads report building, IT and other communication technology for the business and has been in that role since she joined the Company in 1995. Heather lives in Crawfordsville and has 3 sons Joe John, Sam Lovold who is a junior at Purdue, and Ben Lovold a senior at North Montgomery High School. In her spare time, Heather enjoys cooking, sewing, gardening, keeping her tropical fish tank, and taking care of her family.
Robert Brown celebrated 20 years of service with Crawford on March 27th. Robert joined Crawford in 2000 as a Hand Press Operator. Robert became an Offset Press Operator in 2010 and is currently an Auto Press Operator in the Screening Department. Robert has worked in several different areas during his employment with the Company. This versatility is one of the things that makes Robert a valuable member of the Screening team. Robert’s wife, Angie, also works for Crawford and both of their sons, Robby and Alex have worked at Crawford. Robby is currently working in Die Cut and Alex has helped out during the summer. In his spare time, Robert like to fish and hunt.
Lisa Hartman marked 15 years of service with Crawford on April 4th. Lisa is in the Customer Service Department as an Inside Sales Rep. Lisa has recently expanded the territory she covers. She is an integral member of Crawford’s Customer Service Department. She and her husband Chris live in Crawfordsville and have 2 sons, Brody and Riley.
Martha Bowman will soon celebrate 40 years of service with Crawford Industries. She joined the Company on April 28th, 1980 and will be marking 40 years of service soon. She joined Crawford as a Material Handler in the Screening Department. Later in November of 1980 she worked in Finishing for several months before spending a year in Maintenance as a Janitor. In 1982, she took a position as a Material Store Clerk, a position she held until early 1996. In 1996 she worked in Shipping as a Shipping Clerk until 1998 when she spend a couple of years as a Finishing Operator. She returned to Material Stores in 2000 and worked there until 2003 when she returned to Finishing and she continues in that role today. That’s a lot of experience in several different areas, again bringing value to the Company and her Department. Martha has 3 children, Jeff Bowman, Angie Bowman, and Derrick Groumoutis, 4 grandchildren Tori, Trevor, Peyton, and Jordyn, and 2 great grandchildren Alex and Kaine. She is a member of the Eagles Lodge and enjoys spending time with her family.
