During the month of May two Crawford Industries employees celebrated service milestones. Ronnie Kent celebrated 25 years of service on May 1st. Ronnie joined Crawford in 1995 as a Material Handler. He was Extrusion Utility or otherwise known as Hopper Jockey, for the extrusion lines until 1997. Ronnie moved into an Extruder Operator position in 1997 and held that role until 2019 when he became a Lead Extruder Operator. Ronnie has been a Lead Operator for both off shifts at one time or another. His flexibility and guidance for the Extrusion department on these off shifts is extremely important to the department’s success. Ronnie and his wife Karen live in Marshall, IN and they have a daughter Sharon Kent and one grandson, Justin Kent. Ronnie enjoys football when he isn’t working.
Ronald “Ron” Addler celebrated 10 years of service with Crawford Industries on May 17th. He joined the Company in 2010 as an Offset Pressman and he remains in that role today. Ron’s experience in offset printing and his attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the Company and its customers. Ron and his wife Kathy live in Crawfordsville. Ron has a son Jonathon Addler and two grandchildren Jaylinn and Sloan. He also has a step-son A. J. Hedge and a step-daughter Stephanie Camden. He and his wife are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church in West Lebanon, Indiana.
