    Kathy Ellen Warren, loving wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister, aunt and friend passed away suddenly Aug. 13, 2019. She was 67 years old.
    She was born Aug. 1, 1952, at Crawfordsville, the youngest of four to Major General Robert D. and Arthella Weliver. 
    She attended Crawfordsville High School before meeting and marrying the love of her life, Gregory Alan Warren. They were married 48 years before his passing in 2017.Kathy was a stay-at-home mom for many years, raising four wonderful boys. She supported them throughout her life, attending many sporting events. Her love of family expanded to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She supported them through the years and attended any event she could. She continued her mom’s tradition of hosting Sunday dinners and always had food prepared to host an army of hungry mouths. Her family truly was her life.

    Margaret L. (Fairchild) Hinton-Herrick, 95, formerly of Newtown and had been residing in Lafayette, passed away in her apartment in the Five Star Residences in Lafayette on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019 at 7:25 a.m. with family at her side.
    She was born in Covington, on Sept. 10, 1923. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Bessie M. [Romine] Fairchild.

    April 23, 1938 – Aug. 12, 2019
    Patricia Jean Plank, age 81, died at Franciscan Health in Crawfordsville at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, 2019. She left for her Lord, and will be sadly missed. 
    Ms. Plank was born in Crawfordsville on April 23, 1938 to the late Lawrence and Mary [Richards] Fields. She was raised by her mother, Mary and step father, Max Adams. She graduated from Hanover High School in 1956. 
    Patricia married Raymond Sills in 1957. They divorced. She married David Plank in 1967. He preceded her in death on October 12, 2010. 
    Ms. Plannk is survived by three sons, Bradley Sills, Scott Paxton, and David Plank; a daughter, Brenda High; a sister, Kay (Lonnie) Shelton; two brothers, Larry (Sherry) Fields and Max Adams and she was proud of her eight grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. She was hardly ever without a smile and was always laughing with the grandchildren. She lived life to the fullest and loved to travel, especially to the ocean.

    Dianna R. Mills, 66, passed away Sunday, Aug. 11 surrounded by family. 
    Mrs. Mills was born February 9, 1953 in Crawfordsville to Fred and Katherine [Black] Billingsley. 
    Dianna married Roy Mills Jr. on Oct. 10, 1971 and were together over 50 years.
    Mrs. Mills was a member of the VFW. Dianna loved doing craft work, playing games on her tablet and really enjoyed her little dog, Lil Bit. She also loved camping and family get togethers.
    Dianna is survived by her husband, son, Roy (Connie) Mills, stepson Joe (Wendy) Mills, stepdaughter Sherry (Jeff) Smith along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings, Mike (Terri) Billingsley, Karen Stewart, Joe Billingsley, several nieces, nephews, cousins and uncle Richard Day.

    Oct. 14, 1947 – August 6, 2019
    Gail Paddock, 71, of Crawfordsville passed away at home Tuesday Aug. 6, 2019 following a long illness.
    Mrs. Paddock was born Oct. 14, 1947 in Mattoon, Illinois, she was the daughter of Glenn Morris and Marjorie Gossett Morris. 
    Gail graduated from Shortridge High School. She worked as a receptionist in a couple of local dentist’s offices. Mrs. Paddock was also a member of Fremont St. Baptist Church and loved her Bible.
    Surviving family includes: husband, Robert “Bob” Paddock; three sons, Rob Paddock (Nancy), Ben Paddock (Kaija), Jim Paddock (Kate); nine grandchildren, Nicole (Matt), Grant, Brittany, Cade, Ashyton, Mekhi, Isabella, Anthony, Lucca; three sisters, Glenda, Christine and Julia.
    She was preceded in death by a sister, Alice and two daughters, Rachel and Sarah.

    An indomitable spirit drifted from this world as Christine Booher joined her Lord on August 4, 2019 in IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. 
    Born in Seaman, Ohio on May 6, 1933, Christine was sister to two brothers, Robert Elliott and John Elliott, both deceased and sisters Mildred (Dick) Marshall, and Carol (Terry) Consoer. Her parents. John and Elva Sue Elliott named her Ida, but more frequently called her “Dolly” or “Sister.”
    Following graduation from Seaman High School, Christine moved to Crawfordsville, to train as a Western Union telegraph operator. She met her future husband, Barry C. Booher, as he sat on a car’s hood at a gas station on Market Street. They married March 8, 1951. One of Christine’s greatest joys was talking about the accomplishments of her children: Tim Booher, Kimberly (Kym) Booher Bushong (Paul) of Crawfordsville, Denise Booher Walker (John) of Wingate, and Christi Booher and Susan (Akasha) Tharp of Indianapolis.

    Caleb was born in Lafayette, Indiana at Home Hospital on January 17, 1990 and is the son of Gary and Sandy Duncan of Crawfordsville and Cheryl and Brad Francis of Lafayette.
