Rebecca “Becky” Clore, 81, of Waynetown passed away Friday morning, Feb. 8, 2018 at Ben-Hur Health.
Born Nov. 4, 1937 in Freelandville, Ind., she was the daughter of George Wills and Lucy Carmen Wills.
She attended school at Freelandville. She married Stephen Clore, who passed away in 2003. Mrs. Clore loved playing cards and games, sewing, quilting and fishing.
Survivors include daughter, Brenda (Tony) Gordon of Ladoga; two sons, Phil (Robin) Pirtle of Waynetown and Randy Pirtle of New Ross; sister, Roberta Deschamp of Jasonville; four grandchildren, Craig Pirtle, Kristi Howell, Christopher Pirtle, and Nicholas Pirtle; three step-grandchildren, Wendy Rogers, Justin Taylor, and Jered Taylor; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
A memorial gathering will be held later and details announced as they are available. There will be a private burial at Wolf Creek Cemetery, south of Wallace. Arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Home.
