DANVILLE - Danville was shut down tonight by Indianapolis Bishop Chatard in the regional semifinals for the Girls Basketball State Tournament for Class 3A.

The Warriors were neck and neck with Chatard until the third quarter where Bishard took the lead. Danville got in a quite a few baskets the fourth quarter, but the points unfortunately did not add up. Danville was out of the tournament losing 62-58.

Hannah Newby and Maleha Motter ran the scoreboard tonight for Danville with 19 points each. Cami Collins contributed seven more points and Allie Lake with six.
