The Western Boone Stars sought victory over Frankfort in the first round of Sectionals in girls' basketball tonight.



Frankfort was leading the Stars in the first three quarters. It wasn't until the fourth quarter when Western Boone jumped past the Hot Dogs winning, 63-52.



For Western Boone, Julia Hole ended the night with 13 rebounds and 18 points. Rachel Ramey had 20 points.



For Frankfort, falling first in points was Cassidy Dubree with 13. Jacenda Perry got a total of 10 rebounds and added 12 points to the team score.
