Edward Lee Ratcliff

Edward Lee Ratcliff, 89, Kingman, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021 at St. Vincent Indianapolis.

He was born in Kingman on Oct. 9, 1932 to the late Ross E. and Maxine (Glascock) Ratcliff.

Mr. Ratcliff graduated from Kingman High School and served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He married the love of his life, Martha Ellen Hardy on Nov. 22, 1956. He was a farmer and drove the school bus for Kingman Schools and Fountain Central. He enjoyed singing, going to auctions and farm sales and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years; two sons, Hardy (Sally) Ratcliff and Mark (Judy) Ratcliff; a daughter, Carol Marshall; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Martha Ziegler.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Campbell.

Visitation is scheduled at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S. 1st Street in Kingman on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021 from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1 p.m. The family had requested that masks be worn.
