We still offer the first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccines and boosters—Moderna and Novavax which are offered to patients 18 years and older. Pfizer is offered to patients who are 12 years and older. As well as vaccines for babies and young children. We have baby Moderna and baby Pfizer that range from 6 months-4 years; this is a three-dose series. While there is a pediatric Pfizer that goes from 5 years to 11 years of age.
