Chamber Presents Session on Health Care

The Crawfordsville | Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend Donuts & Discovery at 9 a.m. Sept. 25, to discuss different aspects of health care.

At this session, Alex Heaton from Franciscan Alliance will present about our chamber partnership to utilize their employer clinic program, HEALTHeACCESS, offering treatment for common medical needs including many common prescriptions, including medications for conditions such as asthma, blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, depression, GI, allergy and various infections are included. Many labs for wellness and diagnostic are also included in the program. Full details will be covered ruing the seminar.

Austin Earl from Indiana Farm Bureau will discuss options for open enrollment, major medical insurance, wholistic benefit packages and how these can be integrated with the Chamber HEALTHeACCESS. Indiana Farm Bureau Health Plans will customize a benefit’s package to cover health, vision, dental and life insurance for entrepreneurs, small businesses and individuals.
