Gen. Wallace Study & Museum Sets Season Close

As the trees change color and leaves begin to fall, the Gen. Lew Wallace Study & Museum approaches the close of another season.

The last day open to visitors this year will be Dec. 13. The Museum is scheduled to reopen Feb. 3, 2026.

There will be no tours during those two months, but the winter break offers staff and volunteers an opportunity to prepare for the year ahead. The time will be spent building a new exhibit, deep cleaning and organizing behind the scenes to ensure a fresh and engaging start to the 2026 season.
