Chamber Hosts State Financial Fireside Chat

The Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend its first-ever State Financial Update Fireside Chat on Tuesday, March 31 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Hoosier Heartland State Bank Success Center (1623 S US 231 in Crawfordsville).

This informative event will feature Indiana State Treasurer Daniel Elliott and Indiana State Comptroller Elise Nieshalla in a moderated discussion focused on the current status of Indiana’s financial landscape.

Attendees will gain insight into the state’s fiscal health, budgeting priorities, economic outlook and financial initiatives that impact local businesses, taxpayers and communities. The program will also include time for audience questions, offering a valuable opportunity to engage directly with two of the state’s top financial officers.

Understanding state financial policy is critical for business owners, community leaders and residents alike, as state decisions influence economic development, infrastructure investment, workforce initiatives and overall business climate.
