The Crawfordsville District Public Library is excited to announce the installation of a second Trail Tale at the beautiful new Brickyard Nature Park. This engaging outdoor literacy experience has been made possible through generous support from the MIBOR Economic and Community Grant.
The Trail Tale invites families to combine reading and recreation by following a children’s story displayed page-by-page along a scenic, paved trail leading to Lookout Point. As visitors stroll along the path, they can enjoy both the unfolding story and the natural beauty of the park.
Brickyard Nature Park offers a variety of trails suitable for walking and biking, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. The addition of a second Trail Tale enhances the park’s appeal by encouraging literacy, imagination, and family friendly exploration.
The Crawfordsville District Public Library is proud to bring this creative and educational experience to the community and looks forward to seeing families enjoy reading together in the great outdoors.
