Mayor’s Ball to Benefit Boys & Girls Club

The City of Crawfordsville is proud to announce the Inaugural Mayor’s Ball, presented by C&F Fabricating, an elegant, Roaring ‘20s-inspired evening that will serve as a new annual fundraising tradition. The event will take place on Thursday, May 7 at IRA Whiskey | 110 Whiskey Row, Crawfordsville beginning at 5 p.m.

This year’s Mayor’s Ball will feature a Prohibition Lounge theme, complete with live jazz music from the Noblesville Moontown Pickle Stompers, a cocktail-style reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres from the Juniper Spoon and a silent auction. The evening will also mark the first public event held at IRA Whiskey, following the VIP ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony earlier that evening.

Most importantly, all proceeds from the Mayor’s Ball benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Montgomery County, supporting programs that provide safe spaces, academic enrichment, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities for youth across the community.

The evening will include remarks from local leaders, including Mayor Todd Barton, Gina Haile – CEO of the Boys & Girls Club, along with keynote speaker Jake Gilbert, Head Football Coach at Wabash College, who will share an inspiring message about community impact and mentorship.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction featuring a variety of high-quality items and experiences, with all proceeds directly supporting the Boys & Girls Club’s mission.

There’s still a limited number of tickets available for $75 per person or $125 per couple, and sponsorship opportunities remain available for businesses and organizations looking to support this inaugural event through Monday, April 20th.

Community members are encouraged to attend, sponsor, or contribute silent auction items to help ensure the success of this new event.
