The Crawfordsville / Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce celebrated Oak Hat Co. with a ribbon cutting ceremony at Shop Small Shop Handmade in downtown Crawfordsville. Oak Hat Co. is owned by Cody Proctor and has been open for business for one month.
