Library Spearheads Efforts to Help NC Victims

Please help the families in North Carolina that have lost so much in the wake of Hurricane Helene’s destruction. Children there are in desperate need of shoes and socks this winter! Please drop off new children / teen socks or shoes at the Linden Carnegie Public Library or at Pleasant Hill Elementary School between now and Jan. 22.  Library hours are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
