Casey Hockersmith, Cody Laster Earn Top Tucker Honors

F.C. Tucker West Central is proud to recognize its December 2025 Sales Agent of the Month and Listing Agent of the Month, honoring two outstanding professionals whose dedication, performance, and commitment to clients set them apart.  Cody Laster earned the top Listing award and Casey Hockersmith earned the top sales agent honor.

Laster specializes in helping individuals and families find their dream homes throughout West Central Indiana. A proud graduate of Southmont High School, he has deep roots in the community and takes great pride in serving the area he calls home.

Laster recently married and enjoys spending time with his loved ones. He is a supportive older sibling to three younger siblings and can often be found cheering them on at their sporting events. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golfing, playing recreational basketball and staying active in the community. He is also an active member of First Baptist Church in Crawfordsville, where he finds both strength and connection.

Hockersmith is a 2008 graduate of Southmont High School and a 2011 graduate of Indiana University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Marketing and Management. Before transitioning into real estate, she built a strong professional foundation working with Indiana University Men’s Basketball, the Career Services office at Wabash College and as Assistant Director for the Crawfordsville | Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

Hockersmith is married to her husband, Zach, and together they are raising their two sons, Hudson and Camden, along with their Australian Shepherd, Remy. Her diverse professional background, local involvement, and client-focused approach have made her a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike. Her dedication and results earned her top sales honors for December.
