Rep. Commons welcomes localstudents to the Statehouse during 2026 session

STATEHOUSE (March 13, 2026) – State Rep. Matt Commons (R- Williamsport) recently welcomed Maddox Reynolds, who attends Seeger Memorial Jr.-Sr. High School and Bennett Oppy, who attends North Montgomery High School, to the Statehouse where they participated in the Indiana House Page Program during the 2026 legislative session.

“As an educator and representative, the page program is truly special to me,” Commons said. “I encourage any student who’s interested in learning more about state government to come to the Statehouse for a day and experience the legislative process in action.”

During their day as a page, Reynolds and Oppy interacted with lawmakers and staff, toured the Statehouse and joined Commons on the House floor to watch the legislative session.
