President Steve called the business meeting to order.  The minutes which were sent to members were approved. Barb Foster gave the treasurer’s report. A motion to approve the report was made and seconded.  The motion passed.

Nancy Bowes from the Community Service committee read a thank-you note from the Family Crisis Shelter for our donation.  She mentioned that our basket donation today will go to the Through the Gate program. Nancy reminded the group to keep track of volunteer hours.

Susie Minch asked members to let her know if we can’t open attachments that she forwards.

Nancy Buckles sent 4 thinking of you/get well cards, 1 sympathy card, and 2 congratulations cards this month.

Kathy Steele mentioned that we will need a treasurer for the 2026-2027 year.  She would love to have someone volunteer for this position. Kathy sent a slate around asking for program ideas for the 2026-2027 year.

President Steve asked the group if we would be willing to support the General Lew Wallace “Archicamp”- a program for children ages 8 through 12.  A motion was made, seconded, and passed to give $75.00.

The next meeting will be held on April 13, 2026 at the library.  The table decorations will be provided by Sheila Hodges and Barb Foster.  Barb will give the invocation.  The program will be Disability Services on the University Level given by Allison Frees-Williams. Our basket donation will go to the Achaius Ranch.
