Troy Allen Light, 65, Crawfordsville, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021.

He was born in Indianapolis on Oct. 16, 1956 to the late Harold and Evelyn (Wilson) Light.

Mr. Light graduated from Speedway High School in 1976. He married the love of his life, Cindy Jane Ross on May 14, 1983. He worked at MCL Cafeterias and Crown Cork & Seal. He retired from LSC Communications in 2020. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family, models and matchbox cars. Since being retired, he could be found relaxing. Mr. Light was known as a hard worker who loved his family. He loved animals and animals loved him, especially his kitten, Shadow.

Survivors include his wife; son, Kyle (Jessi) Light; three grandchildren, Claudia Caldwell, Drew and Alex Sells; three brothers, Mark (Cindy) Light, Craig (Billi) Light and Brian (Nora) Light; a sister, Pamela (Clark) Brooks; a sister-in-law, Debra Light; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Keith Light.

Visitation will be at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care, 315 S. Washington Street in Crawfordsville on Friday, Oct. 22, 2021 from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Sanders Priebe Funeral Care entrusted with Care.
