AAA Vacation Expo Returns To JW Marriott February 12

Following a hiatus in 2021, AAA is excited about the return of their signature event the 2022 AAA Vacation Expo. The annual event will take place Saturday, February 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis. Visitors will be able to plan a single-day road trip, a weekend getaway, a cruise tour, or all-inclusive travel package during the 2022 AAA Vacation Expo.

The AAA Vacation Expo, a free event open to AAA members and non-members alike, provides attendees with access to multiple exhibitors, including representatives from the world’s best-known and top-rated cruise lines, tour companies, hotels, and attractions.

“Whether your travel dreams take you around the world or a short car ride away from home, the 2022 AAA Vacation Expo is the place to explore and plan any vacation for this year, next year, or beyond,” said Gary Burkart, senior vice president of marketing for AAA Hoosier Motor Club. “This year attendees will have the chance to learn about our new AAA Adventure & Mystery Travel offerings as well as the opportunity to take advantage of outstanding show-only specials with savings on vacations, shipboard credits, extra amenities and more.”

Highly-trained travel agents will be on-hand to provide professional advice and book trips while saving would-be travelers both time and money.

Throughout the event, two AAA Travel stages will feature exhibitor presentations, allowing guests to learn what’s new, what’s popular, and what’s best when it comes to their next vacation. One stage will feature well-known packing expert Anne McAlpin, who has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, CNN, ABC’s The View, NBC’s Today and HGTV. During two one-hour sessions, McAlpin will share secrets of packing light for all kinds of trips, from weekend getaways to lengthy European vacations.

While enjoying the Expo, attendees can also shop at the onsite AAA Travel Store to purchase luggage, accessories and more at event-only discounted prices.

JW Marriott Indianapolis is located at 10 S. West Str. Parking is available discounted on site or at local garages. The show will take place on the 1st floor of the exhibition center, in the White River Ballroom.
