B. A request from the home owner at 410 E. College to place a dumpster on the sidewalk on Thursday for one day

C. Jon Anderson requesting to place a dumpster behind the Ben Hur building for approximately 2 months beginning asap – they will contact surrounding businesses and the bank will still have access
