HHSB’S Heather Hites Promoted to Customer Engagement Specialist

HHSB is excited to announce that Heather Hites has been promoted to Customer Engagement Specialist at our Virtual Branch.

Heather has been an employee-owner of HHSB for over 5 years and has over 25 years of experience in customer service. In Heather’s new position, she will provide support through all HHSB voice and digital communication channels, which include our digital banking chat feature and consumer calls.

“Heather is dedicated to her customers and strives to help them in any way possible”, stated Elizabeth Stokes, Virtual Branch Manager.  “I look forward to watching her grow in this new role, striving to help our customers in ways that work best for them.”

Heather graduated from Crawfordsville High School and has lived in Montgomery County her entire life. She has been married to her husband Mike for 20 years, and has three children, Savannah, Garrison, and Braedon, as well as a son in law Dylan. Heather enjoys reading, walking her dog Gus, and spending spending time with her family. Heather is a member of Christ 180 where she and her husband serve as deacons as well as lead the G1 Outreach Ministry.
