The Board of School Trustees will meet in Executive Session on Monday, July 11, 2022 @ 5 p.m. in the corporation board room to receive information about and interview prospective employees, to discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees and to train school board members with an outside consultant about the performance of the role of the members as public officials, pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1.

Personnel:

-Approve Administrator contracts with effective dates of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024.

-Approve contract dates for Ms. Staci Duncan effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

-Anita Harden – Science Teacher – Southmont Jr. High School.

-Rita Stull – Sub Nurse for Mercedes McCormick maternity leave – August 9th – September 9, 2022.

-Nancy Burkett – ESSER Aide – Southmont Jr. High School.

-Ashley Perry – Preschool Instructor – Ladoga Elementary.

-Rescind the resignation date of June 30, 2022 for Samantha Cotten – Communications Coordinator and change to become effective July 29, 2022.

-Approve the resignation of Dr. John Roberts as Medical Advisor for Southmont Schools due to his retirement from Francisan Physician Network effective July 1, 2022.

-Approve following teachers for supervised detention:

-Kayla Datzman – $30.00; Jessica Barnhart – $60.00; Jake Turner – $45.00.

-Rachel Welliever – Varsity Assistant Girls Soccer Coach – $1334.00.

-Athletic Department items to be declared surplus and disposed of accordingly.

-Technology Department E-Waste Inventory items to be declared surplus and disposed of accordingly.

-Approve the West Central Indiana Career & Technical Education Joint Services Agreement effective July 1, 2022.

-Student & Adult Meal Pricing Recommendation, SY 2022-2023.
