Art On Thursday – July 27 Watercolor

Watercolor refers to both the medium and the resulting artwork. Watercolor is a painting method in which paint, made of pigments, are suspended in a water-bases solution. The resulting watercolor art can be aesthetically beautiful and enjoyable to paint.
