First Place Team Commands Strong Lead

Our Senior Golfers hit the links again and this time the first place team of Denny Priest, Joe Noble, Greg Rister and John Welliever finished with a strong lead of 14-under-par. The second place team of Jim Long, Gary Duncan, John Stull and Jack Foos trailed behind three-strokes with a score of 11-under-par. Right on the second place team’s heels with a score of ten-under-par is the third place team of Dave Hart, Greg Simpson, Jim Lee and Ron Stewart.

Proxys this week were won by Hart and Les Clardy on holes one and ten, respectively. Longest drive of a golfer 80-years old or older was awarded to Bill Boone.  Let’s congratulate our senior golfers on another amazing outing!
