Two Golf Teams Score Close

This week the foul weather did not slow down our local senior golfers!

The winning team of Rhett Welliever, Sonny Shelton, John Welliever and Bob Stephens scored nine-under-par with the second place team, and only trailing by one stroke, of Jeff Cohee, Brad Kenny, Greg Hedge and Jack Foos scored eight-under.

Proxys went to John Welliever and Rhett Welliever on holes 7 and 15, respectively. Longest drive by a player 80 years old or older went to Dan Welliever. Hopefully, the weather cleans up a bit and our senior golfers can continue to hit the links!
