HHSB Hires Ellen Laffoon As Business Development Specialist

HHSB is pleased to announce the hiring of former HHSB intern, Ellen Laffoon. Ellen joins the team as a Business Development Specialist and is tasked with bringing new business and customers to the bank while maintaining current client relationships and encouraging growth within those relationships.

“Ellen’s academic achievements at Purdue University and her internship experience in retail banking make her an ideal candidate for this vital position,” proclaims Cody Hargis, Assistant Vice President of Retail and Leadership Development. “We believe she will contribute significantly to the bank’s growth and success and are thrilled to have her on our team.”

Ellen worked for HHSB last summer as a Retail Banking Intern. She gained valuable customer service and banking experience working on the frontline and assisting customers with transactions. She also assisted in coordinating HHSB’s Ag Expo, an annual event for the local ag community.

Ellen is a North Montgomery High School graduate and recently graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Agricultural Business Management. She is the daughter of Bill and Heather Laffoon and currently resides in New Richmond.
