Madelyn Lucas And Emily Lucas Complete CDPL Program

Madelyn Lucas, age 6, has completed the Crawfordsville District Public Library program “1000 Books Before Kindergarten”. She is the daughter of Jason and Stephanie Lucas. Madelyn’s favorite book is It’s a Tiger! by David LaRochelle. Mom said, “The reading program was such a joy and motivation to keep reading. Madelyn has developed a great love for books and is ready to learn to read.”

Emily Lucas, age 4, has completed the Crawfordsville District Public Library program “1000 Books Before Kindergarten”. She is the daughter of Jason and Stephanie Lucas. Emily’s favorite book is The Princess and the Pony by Kate Beaton. Mom said, “We really enjoyed the reading program. Emily will sit for long periods of time just looking at books and telling herself stories. This program is a great motivation to read to our little ones.”
