Patsy Lou Williams Stephens born August 12th, 1941, to Bryce and Edith Willams of New Market, died April 7th, 2024.

Patsy married Ed Stephens June 28th, 1959, and would have celebrated 65 years of marriage in June. Ed and Patsy have 3 children.
Proceeding Patsy in death are both her parents and her brother Dean. Surviving is her sister Peggy (John) Dixon, husband Edward, daughter Debbie Barnett (Jack), Cindy (Beth) and son Terry (Pam), 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Patsy was a yell leader during her school years and an obvious extrovert. She loved people and didn’t know a stranger. Upon landing on the island of St Martin we were met with a woman yelling “Patsy, Patsy” across the tarmac! She knew someone everywhere we went!
Patsy loved sports and through the years participated in community volleyball and softball. She was an avid basketball fan, especially IU. Patsy attended all her kids, grandkids, and great grand kids’ events, ever the most enthusiastic fan! She was an avid euchre player and belonged to 3 card clubs! She loved her card friends and made it known, no one messed with her card days!
Her love for sports and cards was trumped by her love for her family. Patsy worked alongside Ed, farming and running a business, but it was her home and family where she put her heart. She loved to feed everyone and everything. The stray cat Bozo is the best fed stray in the county!
Patsy was a member of the Double Dozen Home Ec Club for many years. Patsy was infamous for her homemade noodles. She loved cooking for her family and never failed to bring her specialties to each family gathering wherever it might be. She was a skilled hostess and whether it was July 4th at the lake, Thanksgiving on the farm or most recently Easter at her grandsons, she made each holiday special for everyone!
Patsy loved God and believed in second chances. She always supported the underdog and encouraged many who were struggling.
We celebrate she is with the her loved ones and the Lord
