Chamber of Commerce Celebrations!

Your Crawfordsville | Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce recently helped some great new businesses with ribbon cuttings! Here are four places that are bringing jobs and commerce to our community.

Shifty’s Bar & Grill

Formerly known as the Canning Factory Bar and Grill, Shifty’s Bar & Grill is a local, family owned business keeping the same hometown feel that has come with this establishment since its beginning. The name change is in honor of Mike ‘Shifty’ Hubble who was a lifelong resident of Ladoga and beloved by many in the community. Live music, karaoke, and great food will bring fun and entertainment to the community for years to come.  Shifty’s Bar & Grill is located at 103 E. Main St. in Ladoga.

Toys N’ Things by K&K

They buy pallets of toys through liquidation companies and re-sell them to the consumer. These items are new and in boxes. Occasionally, there will be some non-toy/kids’ items that will be on these pallets that’s where the “things” part comes in. Toys N’ Things by K&K is located at 1552 S. Washington St. in Crawfordsville.

Growth and Empowerment Cheer

Growth and Empowerment Cheer is an All-Star, competition cheer program started in May of 2024, owned and operated by head coach, Shanna Turpin. GEC is about more than just cheerleading and competitions, it’s about teaching young athletes how to grow as people as well as empower others. With an emphasis on building community and learning how to work hard as a team to accomplish goals. They are excited for the upcoming competition season and to grow in our community! Hannah’s Nail Spa

The phone is ringing off the hook for appointments at Hannah’s Nail Spa. Offering options of different types of pedicures and manicures including dip nails, gel, and full set of acrylic nails. They will make your nails dazzle with fancy designs that they design for you or bring your own picture / ideas for a fun, festive, creative look. Hannah’s Nail Spa is located at 1554 S.
