Cale Hess Joins Staff at F.C. Tucker West Central

F.C. Tucker West Central is pleased to announce that Cale Hess has joined the firm as the newest Realtor / Broker serving Montgomery County and the surrounding communities.

Hess has been immersed in real estate his entire life, having grown up watching his parents Chad and Julie Hess work with clients across west central Indiana. Seeing their dedication firsthand taught him the value of strong relationships, honest communication and always putting clients first. Those experiences sparked his interest in the industry long before obtaining his license.

A 2021 graduate of Southmont High School, he continued his education at Indiana State University, earning a degree in management and marketing with a concentration in sales and negotiations. His academic background, paired with years of observing real estate behind the scenes, gives him a solid foundation in client service, negotiation and market understanding. His sales experience also shaped his ability to listen, understand client goals and help people make confident decisions.

Hess is proud to begin his career in the same community where he grew up, and he looks forward to helping buyers and sellers navigate the local market with ease. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends and following his favorite sports teams. “We are very proud of Cale and excited to see him begin his real estate career,” Broker/Owner, Chad Hess said. “He has a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in helping people, and we’re looking forward to seeing the contributions he’ll make in our community.
