Tri-County Bank & Trust Hires New Human Resources Generalist

Tri-County Bank & Trust Company is pleased to announce that Rebecca Sarver has joined the bank as its Human Resources Generalist. Ms. Sarver has twenty years of HR experience which began with her duties as a member of The Indiana National Guard. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Chuck Dixon, President-CEO of Tri-County Bank, stated “We are thrilled that Rebecca chose to join TCB as our HR Generalist. Her many years of HR experience will greatly enhance the bank’s level of employee service.” Ms. Sarver and her family reside in rural Crawfordsville.
