Glik’s Opening in Crawfordsville
Glik’s, the 128-year-young family owned business, is thrilled to announce the grand opening celebration of its newest store in Crawfordsville. This much-anticipated event will take place on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 9 a.m. at 1646 Crawfordsville Square Dr. Company officials say it marks an exciting new chapter in the company’s deep history.
This family owned fashion retailer has been serving the Midwest since 1897 and is now under the leadership of fourth and fifth generation family members. The Crawfordsville Glik’s location will be the sixth Glik’s store in Indiana. The new store has been carefully curated to carry the best brands and styles based on the needs of the community.
“I’m excited that we will be bringing the hottest trends and latest fashions for both men and women to the community,” said Tonya (TJ) Sizemore, Glik’s Crawfordsville store manager and an Indiana local. “My team and I look forward to creating a shopping experience for our customers that will go above and beyond Crawfordsville’s expectations! I want everyone to know and feel welcomed when they shop at the Crawfordsville Glik’s!”
The grand opening celebration will begin with a Glik’s traditional ribbon cutting created with 128 dollar bills, a nod to the years Glik’s has been in business. This $128 ribbon will then be donated to the Crawfordsville Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. To continue the celebration, Glik’s is offering sweepstakes and giveaways.
