Jennifer Victoria (Cook) Kellie, 54, Waveland, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on the morning of Jan. 9, 2022. 

She was born in Crawfordsville on Oct. 24, 1967 to Darrell and Janice (Sutton) Cook. 

Mrs. Kellie attended South Montgomery High School. Over the years she worked at the Fuzzy Bear Daycare in Ladoga, and as a cashier for several different places. She married Jesse Kellie Jr. on Feb. 12, 1983 at the Ladoga Baptist Church. He survives. Her most cherished role was being a wife, mother, and grandma. Mrs. Kellie was a member of the Ladoga Baptist Church where she attended with her family. She enjoyed 70’s music and tv shows, and spending time with her family, especially her mother.

Survivors include her husband, Jesse; children, Jaron (Emily) Kellie, Johannah Marie Kellie (Damien George); 11 grandchildren; parents, Darrell and Janice Cook; siblings, Kirt (Yolanda) Cook, Darin Cook, Kimberly Yancey, Heather (Randy) Holderfield and Jeremy Cook; mother in law, Edna Kellie; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jessica Lewis; and two sons-in-law.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 14, 2022 at the Ladoga Baptist Church, 751 N. Cherry Street, Ladoga, IN 47954, with Pastor Ron Gardner officiating. Burial will follow in Ladoga Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the church on Friday.
